Compare player crashes

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Wolverine0016
Date/time issue occurred All the time
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Game ALWAYS crashes qhen you try to compare players. I don't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet??
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to compare players, it's not hard to find.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes, logs you out and sends you to the main menu.
What do you expect to see? A comparison of my players....

Game always crashes when you compare players. It's ridiculous this has not been fixed. Seriously....

    @Derrick0016same here. the problem happens more and more every day. a few weeks ago it only happens for me in the lineup screen. but now its happens also in the item binder and in the auction house.

    I just realized that I face this bug too when trying to compare items in my item binder. I was not aware of this issue since these comparisons are anyway limited because they do not take into account active chemistries for the item of comparison...

    Yeah, it does from the item binder. Different positions more frequently than others.

    this is so frustrating. for example: i have just finished the mcc cardinals champions set, but i can not compare any of the 4 players inside the reward pack. everytime i try the game crashes.

    30+ tries today after the update and still no crashes. 👍

    only one time im getting this cropped image.
