Completely unacceptable - Missing GG Rewards

Question

Its five weeks since I completed the House Rules and I am missing 3 88 ovr players.

The latest update on GMM today, is that the team do not know when we will be getting the missing cards, it might be this week.

The fact that after 5 weeks to team is planning to give us 88 ovr BND cards is insanity in itself.

And the compensation offered is an 83 ovr card?

Is that supposed be a joke because I am not laughing at that insult.

I could not give a crap about the cards themselves at this stage, its the fact we are treated with such disdain by your product team.

I would like to receive a proper make-right for this.

Should the compensation not be higher than the original due to 1 the issue, 2 the 5 weeks that have passed without the item, 3 the 5 weeks that have passes making an 88 useless now where at the time it would have made a difference... ?

At the very least it should not be lower than the original reward, what am I missing? You are certain thy wish to give you 3 83s to replace 3 5 week old 88s?

They are going to give us the 88s as BND cards - which is pretty lame to begin with.

The makeright was an 83 ovr or an 86 ovr pack.

The whole year has been a * show but not even the smallest hint of an apology from the product team.

@PixelQB i don't like to be the "i told you so" guy, but, yeah.... i could see this * coming from a mile away... and i love how they just keep on keeping on, dropping new content, acting like not EVERYONE is laughing at their absolutely * product, knowing there are a ton of problems and damn near the entire gaming community hates EA right now...

and not a peep from people who should be giving us information or letting us know what's being worked on, keeping us updated on the latest progress of ALL of the problems... not a peep

@chRxis33&nbsp;I am not shocked at their intransigence&nbsp;but it still does irritate me, Ive been playing Madden for a very long time.I would have hoped that at some stage they would start to learn from previous mistakes.There will always be bugs even with an experienced team with high levels of QA.In many cases here, it does not look like they independently test work against documented requirements, thats negligence.As they refuse to engage with us, I feel now they cannot complain about escalations.
