Connected Franchise: Ending a game and getting kicked to main menu on Xbox One

Turn on Xbox. Hit start on madden and select exit. Then start madden up and you should be fine.

Well I gave this a try only once and it did work. I didn't quit the game though I just reset the xbox so that no games were open. So yes it worked, though it remains to be seen if it's a certain solution. In any case it shouldn't be this way so I hope EA gets on it promptly. Keep us posted on if it continues to work for you and I'll do the same!

Basically I just held down the power button on the console until it turned off (10 seconds?). I haven't had a chance with work this week to see if it works again but I'll repost in the next day or two with an update.

Well I can confirm that the 'solution' Jwkanak proposed has worked for me so far. I hold down the power butting on the Xbox after each play to make sure It quits out of madden, and each of my CFM games has been fine. I hesitate to call it a solution or fix though as it really should not be that way, and if I happen to bump the xbox button while playing it will basically guarantee that my next CFM game won't be recorded. I really encourage everyone to keep posting on this issue until someone from EA acknowledges there is a problem. Jwkanak, is that fix of exiting the game/resetting the console still working for you? Does it work for anyone else?
