Connectivity

I have AT@T 6.0 U-Verse, yet every time I try to play Madden it either kicks me off the servers or lets me play and then throws me off due to network timeout and I get a loss even of I was winning. In the past 2 weeks I've lost over 10 games bc of this. I have no other issues with my internet connection via wifi on my phone or streaming movies through my Xbox 360. Why is only a problem when I play madden?
