Continuous gameplay/input lag

I have already contacted my internet provider and they came out and checked everything out on my end, everything is fine! (Fiber Optic internet @ 960 mbps download) so I’m well equipped for internet gaming.
The only game I’ve encountered problems with constant lag is Madden 23 MUT.
It’s upsetting that you can’t or won’t fix this issue. I’m requesting a full refund! Unless you actually address and fix this problem!
 I attempt to play a h2h game and my opponent has a clear advantage when everyone on my team lags behind.

    I checked that first, and yes it has been in game mode. It is only used for games in fact. 

    It’s either EA servers or Madden servers. It’s extremely upsetting because I’m retired and have been trying to enjoy my time. However I attempt around 5-6 games a day and constantly have to deal with the lag. 

    I filled out a ticket prior to posting this, yet the ticket won’t show up on my account now. Typical EA BS passing the blame to someone else..
