Controls not working

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:PC
Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
What is your Franchise League Name? Batmanatperry
Summarize your bug So now after your latest update for Madden 21 on PC, I can’t switch players on defense using the B button and dpad to switch. The selected player also will randomly run left off the field when I’m not even pushing the left stick at all. I have no issues with any other games with my controllers so I know its not the controller.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play franchise mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t switch defenders. Selected player runs off screen without pressing any buttons. Play selection screen scrolls plays automatically and no button works.
What do you expect to see? I expect things to happen only when i press buttons.

So now after your latest update for Madden 21 on PC, intermittently I can’t switch players on defense using the B button and dpad to switch. The selected player also will randomly run left off the field when I’m not even pushing the left stick at all. I have no issues with any other games with my controllers so I know its not the controller.

Also when I’m on the play select screen the list will just scoll automatically without me pressing anything at all.

    Hi @jjbyrd04, 

    It sounds like the game is reading inputs from a different source besides your controller. Do you have any other USB input devices connected to your PC aside from the controller, mouse, and keyboard? If so, can you try disconnecting the other device(s) to see if that helps at all?
