I contacted EA about this same issue and I was told it’s a bug they cannot do anything and we won’t receive any kind of make right for it.
Ya that's stupid at this point it's almost pointless and a waste of time trying to complete the competitive pass half the time it bugs out and you can't even finish it. I should have gotten woolen and Tom Compton but the glitch prevented me from getting I'm. I only had 2 more champion games to win to unlock him and they don't ever fix it. Luckily I was able to get Sutton but almost right after I got him the same glitch happened its happened every competitive pass so far
