Hey This is my first madden 23 forum I just have a question. I Finished the madden 23 Nike x run club challenge and ran 4 miles and didn’t receive my bo Jackson. How Long until I Get My bo Jackson?
@EA_Illium EA has the absolute worst customer service chat function and call center I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They were completely incompetent. They kept saying it was my fault that the rewards were not received even though I had evidence to indicate it was not my fault. Also, they kept saying they had no way to transfer my chat or call to management.
For a company this large, it’s ridiculous how this was all handled. Rather than accepting responsibility that it was a technical issue on your end and rectifying the situation, your company blamed the customer.
A truly embarrassing display by this company.
I also have the same issue. And when I reached out, they said they can't do anything for me. There has to be a lot more people reporting the issue for them to help us. There should be some code or something for those of us who completed the challenge but can't redeem our reward. Especially since it will be upgradable with future challenges soon. Not for others get to continuebthe challenge while the rest of us gets nothing to show for it.
Same, and it is now 11/9 and still have never received it.
I was just about to ask this same thing - I added the Nike App ‘joined’ the challenge and ran 5 miles. Nothing is registering. That really sucks that you guys have had no luck with support here.
Why does everyone only have to run 4 miles lol my app said 6 😭😭😂😂
I know I ran 6 miles and I still have not received anything about Bo Jackson
