What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? Enter RAM memory size in GB ‌Madden 22 is unplayable and multiple EA representatives have said my account is not banned or suspended. I spent all day trying to find a solution with ea representatives and they keep directing me to forums so here i am. My ultimate team is a 97 ovr and after the easter promo i have a lot of high rated cards. I also invested time and money on in game purchases and challenges so it isn’t fair all of a sudden i can’t play the game that i purchased. Attached are images of what my home screen looks like when i load up the game.

When I load up Madden 22 on PS5, it will bring me to the loading screen and i’ll see tom brady instead of my player they have me create and on the bottom left it’ll say press R2 and i’ll sign into EA, i’ve pressed R2 and it doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the game from my console, reset my whole console, checked the internet and nothing has fixed it. I am still able to play other games online, this is only a Madden 22 problem. my friends have tried logging into my account on their own system and it doesn’t work and when i use their account on my system, it doesn’t work either. none of it makes sense
