Duplicate Teen Account

While playing Madden 23 my son is prompted to login to his ea account. When he does it wants him to do a teen upgrade. When he puts his email address it says it’s a duplicate.

    Hi, I am getting the same error when attempting to access FIFA23 as my account has changed to teen account.  We (me and my dad) have tried three times to contact the help using the chat, and have been told to refer to the forms where a community manager will help, but looking at the forums, they suggest contacting help.  

    My EA account does not have a linked account, but there doesn't seem to be a way of linking it other than trying to enter the address when entering the game.

    Ea_barry.  This solution does not work. I have one email which was already used to login to ea sports. Now that ive turned 13 its asking me to upgrade my account to a teen account but when i put in my email its saying its a duplicate email. Why should i be required to create a new email just to login in. I have one email only. Thats my email. Its a coding error on your aide. Please fix it.
