EA ACCOUNT INVALID EMAIL: madden

I’m trying to play Madden 23 but it keeps saying,” This is your email address across all EA games and websites.” I would put in my email and it would turn red and say invalid email. How can I fix this?

    Hi @colossalglory,

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. The caching likely isn't a factor so but resetting the password has helped some console players encountering that error message. More often than not however, it's email related on the EA account side. You'll need the support teams help in that case. You can reach them here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/contact-ea-help/

    Hi @colossalglory

Is that error message cropping up in-game on PC or when you go to log into the EA account in the EA App/EA website?

When logging into the EA Account in the app or on an EA website, that error message can pop up for a few different reasons:

    • Caching issue: Try clearing your browser cache.
    • Outdated password: Resetting your password for your EA account usually helps address that. Request a password reset link from the login page to reset it.
    • Wrong email: for example, entering a different email to the one registered to the EA account. Try using one of your other older email address and seeing if that  opens up your EA account that's linked to Madden.

There are other steps you can try to log into your EA account listed here: "I can't log in to my EA Account" that would be worth giving a go too.

  • @EA_Lanna On PS5 trying to log in to play Madden 23 it asks me to enter my email address. When I enter my email address it says,”This is your email address across all EA games and websites.”
