EA app says "unavailable" and does not let me play M23 at all, cant open it

i went to open madden 23, and it said "someone has downloaded the game on this pc or another PC" or something idk, and now i cant open the game at all. it says "unavailable" and when i click on the game it has a greyed out download button, im not sure whats going on but i literally cant open my game. i bought the game legitametaly around october of last year and i was having a ton of fun with it until just now.
