EA PLAY MADDEN TRIAL STILL NOT WORKING

I have tried everything anyone has said that could fix the game, but still every time I try to play it I can’t access anything. This has been a issue for months and the fact that there is no fix is ridiculous. I play on PS4 and I wanted to try the game before buying, but EA not only lost my purchase of the game, but also my subscription to their service.
