Ea Sign in error (URGENT)

Hi there @RastaProfit,

Let's try the steps here to clear this error up:

• Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
• Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
• Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox

Since I Brought The Game 10 days ago I Have Not Been Able To Connect To EA Server No online Play

I have the same issue on Xbox. Remove and readded gamer tag, reinstalled the game, restarted my modem. Changed my DNS as they said. Odd part is that MUT worked for a couple hours the other day but hasn’t worked sense.

Same here. I have a PS5 and had the game since the release date. Only been able to connect to the server ONCE that only lasted an hour. Tried restarting my modem, messing with DNS settings, deleted the game and reinstalled, and called EA customer care and was on the phone for an hour just for them to say “We’re working to fix this common issue, please be patient”. Well EA how patient do I gotta be man… this is ridiculous smh

I’ve had same problem but on ps5

has thsi been resolved yet? this is ridiculous. i spend 30 minutes at a time just reclosing the application and reopening it trying to login on PS5

Since I bout this game madden 23 It wouldn't let me play it online keep saying login error occurred 

Paid a lot of money to play MUT......it has been Unknown sign in error for @4 days know.  It did work for a few hours...left the game and when I came back i could not sign in.  Very disappointed at the slow response on sharing this information and the lack of solution.
