Elite Legends Pack Makegood Update

Hey Madden Community,

We have an update for you regarding an issue with Elite Legends Packs that were available in the store on Saturday, February 4th. The pack had a mistaken description in which users were guaranteed 2 89+ Legends Items. Shortly after, our team corrected this issue so that the pack properly displayed the contents users were supposed to receive. However, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am ET on Saturday, February 4th, users who were impacted will receive the following makegood for opening packs during the above window.

Makegood: 

• 2x 90+ Legends Items per Elite Legends Pack opened

 

The makegood has begun to be sent out to affected users, please give the system up to 48 hours for it to be properly distributed prior to contacting EAHelp. Thank you!
