[ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this

I have an error message in madden 22 that happens to pop up if I go in or out of a game mode, and when I start up the game, it says [ERROR] Unable to retrieve your progression information from EA Servers at this time. Please try again later. Please help

    @EA_Blueberry  I volunteered to screen record my PS5 playing through Madden 22 PS5 AND PS4. I only really play Ultimate Team, Franchise, and Exhibition. What I have recorded are my common occurrences that I knew I could recreate (Clearly when the game loads even).  I HOPE this makes it easier for this to get resolved as the answer should be clear and I'm really tired of this annoying message to the point of barely playing.https://youtu.be/k3xU7s5Z9WY

    @Ssb73 Yes this is the perfect example I uninstalled the game cause I'm getting tired of waiting but upset I wasted my money can its still not fixed come one ea

    I just downloaded this game a week or so ago and unable to access my EA profile in game, or my progression info.

    I had a longer clip, but could only share 59 seconds of it at the tail end.
    When connecting to Franchise on cloud, it disconnects me from my account entirely (as shown by clip). Then brings up the error message stated here whenever navigating main menu.

    Also kicks back to main menu when attempting to edit avatar.

    I can technically play MUT, but brings up the error again after every game. Same with any other mode. Error message comes up after every game or every menu navigated.

    Summarize your bug Since I bought the game "unable to retrieve your progression information from EA servers at this time." Can't edit my avatar. this error pops up before and after every game mode. Internet is fine, tried several different solutions that I could find. Please help!

    • Error happened right after downloading madden, did not work when reinstalling

    The team pushed a fix to help address this error message. Can those that were experiencing this previously confirm whether you are still receiving this next time you log into the game?
