Error when loading Solo Challenge

Any update on this? Very frustrating I can’t complete Solos 

How come every other post gets an EA reply?

When you have the chance can you try changing your uniform and coach under Team Visuals to see if that helps with this?

Hey Kent, I tried new jerseys, playbooks, stadium, coach, and even generated a new lineup and deleted my old one. Still experiencing the same issue. Any new solos that get added (such as the Superstar Daily Missions) I can load into fine. But I am locked out of all the existing solos that were available prior to this issue.

Hmm, gotcha. 

Can we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if we can help prevent this from happening? I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help website when you've got a chance. 

If it keeps happening after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance. Thanks!

Hey Kent, I have tried all networking troubleshooting steps outlined above and still no change with respect to the issue. 

I am also having the same issue is there any fix for this?
