Face of franchise - forced to retire after season 3

I have bought madden every year since 2006 and I have never been disappointed until now after 3 seasons I'm being force to retire in madden 23 face to franchise nex gen come one madden that is crazy ...

It’s a load of crap. What’s the point of playing this mode if you’re forced to retire and start a new career every 3-4 seasons… it’s happened to me 3 times now.
