The same here in PS5 choose a new team as a free agent and the game crashes can’t proceed with the game!!! EA fix this!!
Apparently my account was deleted . They gave me a new character but in level 15 overall 85 . Kinda messed up that I have to do all this over again but I’m a 85 overall so will continue on road to 99 and hang it up

No . For some reason my account was deleted all the effort I put in gone . It reset my character but kept the overall. Thinking of just requesting a refund
