Apparently my account was deleted . They gave me a new character but in level 15 overall 85 . Kinda messed up that I have to do all this over again but I’m a 85 overall so will continue on road to 99 and hang it up
@Evolutionofmike Can you sign with a new team now? I’m having the same issue but on franchise offline mode.
No . For some reason my account was deleted all the effort I put in gone . It reset my character but kept the overall. Thinking of just requesting a refund
