Not even that worked for me . I went with the jets because they fit my scheme and offered the most money 7 million for a year . Of course I turned down that mid season contract because I was #1 in mvp voting even at then , plus it was the jets they offered me 3 years 30 million . Do you know how hard it was to win mvp and the Super Bowl with the jets ?. When it was time for my big contract I was going buccanneers because Brady retired , all those weapons , good defense and they offered like 4 years 430 million . I’m clicking on bucs and freeze error . I clicked on colts they offered a similar deal 411 million 4 years freeze error, I even clicked on the jets who still fit my scheme and was offering 408 million for 4 years everything was freezing . I then checked my account and everything erased . I had a 85 overall QB but rookie . I then just did everything over and this time took the mid season deal smh
Now I’m running into a different issue. I started with the colts and was able to progress pass the freezing screen if I selected them again. I tried singing with the Vikings or bucs but it wouldn’t let me. Now I’m running into a different issue where I am somehow playing for two different teams in the same season. I’m playing for the colts and commanders (even though I did not select the commanders at all). And I somehow have to play each game day twice??. So pretty much I have to play preseason week 1 twice with the colts and then twice again with the commanders. It’s so annoying but I don’t want to delete my character and restart all that progress again since I was at an 85 overall.
I feel your pain it’s becoming frustrating as mentioned earlier they deleted my account & all the work I did but gave me a 85 overall QB,im currently a 92 overall QB in my 2nd season however this time I took the mid season contract in season 1 I figured I just get to the 99 club Atleast I’ll get the achievement but it’s unfortunate the way it’s stuck like this and it’s no patch for it . I still experience bugs as well. I got a bug where I can’t even see the face of the franchise menu . I only see the section to do activities everything else missing I have to scroll down and press A I’m able to play my current weeks game but next week same thing . Then I’m still being kicked at times for server issues this game is just a wreck, then all Ea says is to put complaints here

Hey Madden Fans,
If you are running into an issue with FotF freezing try the following steps depending on your platform
Xbox:
Spoiler- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Clear Persistent Storage
- Clear Alternate MAC
Playstation:
Spoiler- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
PC:
Spoiler- Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving (anti-virus, firewall, Windows Settings)
- Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlays
- Repair via the Origin client
- Clear Origin Cache
- Clear EA App's Cache
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

- @7luckymexicans Happened to me too but the good thing is if you delete your file and make a new one you still will be the same level, just restarting from the preseason. I was almost 90 and was worried I’d have to start clean but leveling up transfers. Hopefully we get an update that makes this game worth playing soon.
