I feel your pain it’s becoming frustrating as mentioned earlier they deleted my account & all the work I did but gave me a 85 overall QB,im currently a 92 overall QB in my 2nd season however this time I took the mid season contract in season 1 I figured I just get to the 99 club Atleast I’ll get the achievement but it’s unfortunate the way it’s stuck like this and it’s no patch for it . I still experience bugs as well. I got a bug where I can’t even see the face of the franchise menu . I only see the section to do activities everything else missing I have to scroll down and press A I’m able to play my current weeks game but next week same thing . Then I’m still being kicked at times for server issues this game is just a wreck, then all Ea says is to put complaints here

If you are running into an issue with FotF freezing try the following steps depending on your platform
Xbox:
Spoiler
- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Clear Persistent Storage
- Clear Alternate MAC
Playstation:

- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
PC:

- Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving (anti-virus, firewall, Windows Settings)
- Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlays
- Repair via the Origin client
- Clear Origin Cache
- Clear EA App's Cache
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

How often does the bug occur? Every time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a full season of face of the franchise, do not accept mid season contract, complete season. Then try to select a new contract.
What happens when the bug occurs? Returns to Face of the franchise menu
What do you expect to see? A fix that allows me to continue my career- @colemj same problem
- @EA_Illium None of these worked. Please fix this we cannot proceed with our games!

Summarize your bug On Franchise offline mode when I become a free agent and select a new contract for a new team the game crashes and goes back to PS5 menu.

What do you expect to see? My player in the new team. I mean my account was deleted and I got a 85 overall QB outta it I just hope it works for everybody else

- @EA_Illium I retired again for giggles and I selected the team I wanted and still didn’t work. When I tried a team that was a scheme fit it worked however now I’m playing for two teams at the same time and I’m level 1 again from level 17, is there any fix coming anytime soon? This is very discouraging to continue to buy madden moving forward given the non urgency of this matter
This is honestly my last madden purchase this year was to buggy , they didn’t patch it yet , same problems still occur . Once I move on to 2k I won’t look back to madden
Hello, I’m still having the same bug In face of the franchise. After I’ve completed my first season, it has me choose a contract, however when I click a team it freezes gives me an error message that I can’t read cause it just kicks me right back to the main menu. I’m on PC my GT is RockNTroll93. Happened at 2:30 am on 9/4/22. I have a 3080 Nvidia and 32 gb ram. The game has no updates. I’ve deleted all cache. I’ve turned off all overlays. Nothing works.
- @EA_Illium I still have the problem. Thus solution does not work.

After first year, when I want to sign with a team, the game freezes and puts me back to the main screen. It happens every time.
