How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Me too. This should be a HOT FIX issue EA. Almost a month in AND doing a 3-day free trial event instead of making it playable sounds like we should be asking for our 100 bucks back. Til it’s fixed I tell everyone not to buy it…and it’s been 10 years since I bought a Madden prior to this.
