Face of the Franchise has been broken since launch, as evidenced by the numerous reports on this forum. All users will reach a progression roadblock, where they are unable to advance seasons. To date, nothing has been done to address the issue, leaving the many who choose to play this game mode wondering if it's being ignored because there is no microtransaction component. If such a bug existed in MUT, a hot fix would be deployed ASAP.. It's time EA address the KNOWN issue or start offering refunds to players affected. Buyers have rights.
