Got a useless reply from them said our investigation shows correct. Laughable support and extremely insane they resort to a perma ban and don't show the exact reason why going to attempt a refund and worse comes to worse guess a chargeback
Yeah i wish it was more that could be done. I contacted all of their twitter pages for madden and i even called their headquarters. No help. Playstation gave me a full refund. It sucks because i really enjoyed the game. How the * can u get banned from a game anyway? Smfh i had a 88 rated squad that was insane. At this point im just going to wait and see if 2k releases a football game
