Field Pass Error Season 1

Date/time issue occurred: Monday 8/22-Present

Are you getting an error message? Yes
What were you doing when it happened? Trying to load field pass
What was the last action you completed before it happened? installed the game
How often does the bug occur? every-time I try to access field pass
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know

• You aren't the only one my friend. I only have the objectives for field goals and yards. I've attempted to contact them several times through every method they provide, and it's been of absolutely no help. Half the time, I'm not even connected with anyone. I got a call from someone repeatedly saying hello and then claiming I was unavailable on my case. It's honestly ridiculous because the one time I got an email, they just looped me around to Microsoft support, and all of those options including deleting my account from my Xbox did nothing.

In Ultimate Team the Headliners Field Pass was supposed to be updated with new objectives today as part of the "Part II" release.  As of this post the following has not been updated:

• Win a game with 20 Headliners on your team (3,000 XP)
• Complete 10 Headliners Sets (1,500 XP)
• Get 5 INTs in H2H or Solo Battles Games (1,000 XP)
• Get 10 INTs in H2H or Solo Battles Games (1,000 XP)
• Get 20 INTs in H2H or Solo Battles Games (1,500 XP)
• Win 10 H2H or Solo Battles Games while keeping your opponent under 200 Passing Yards (1,000 XP)
• Win 25 H2H or Solo Battles Games while keeping your opponent under 200 Passing Yards (1,000 XP)
• Win 50 H2H or Solo Battles Games while keeping your opponent under 200 Passing Yards (1,500 XP)
• Complete 5 H2H Games with a Headliners Player in your lineup (2,000 XP)
• Get 50 Tackles in House Rules (750 XP)
• Score 15 TDs in House Rules (1,000 XP)

Please advise when these objectives will be added so the Field Pass can be completed

Still receiving error code for my field pass reward on madden 23

Now none of the new Headliner objectives have been added to my field pass today…

It’s still happening for some people. Wish EA would fix their game. Been like this for the past 4 days. It’s ridiculous
