I'm having the same issues on PS5, not getting rewards from any of the passes. Also can't turn in cards to sets. Tells me unable to process request and then boots me out to the main screen. But I bet there aren't any issues purchasing Madden Points. The state of this game is utterly disappointing. With the man passing away, you would've thought they put more effort into this game to honor him, instead it is by far the worst. Way to go EA, I'm calling it quits and and telling PSN, I want a refund.
Here's a quick update for anyone on Playstation. Today was the 15th day for those of us that pre-ordered so we are therefore screwed out of a refund. Good ol EA held it together long enough to stick it to the people who pre-ordered. My advice to those that got the game on release or afterwards, get your refund while you can and save yourself from this terrible product. John Madden must be rolling over in his grave.

This has been a constant problem. You have to grind to get good players in time. Yet EA glitches prevent it altogether by not accumulating your points.
