Date/time issue occurred been happening since Monday around 12pm when i bought the game

Summarize your bug when i enter MUt and click “View all Field passes” then click any of the 3 options i get an error that said Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information at this time from EA Servers at this time. please try again later” i haven’t been getting any rewards for hours upon hours of game play. the way challenges are set up you can get through an entire set of challenges before you realized you’re not getting any progression for it. i’ve literally wasted hours of my life away.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What do you expect to see? i don’t know cause it’s never worked but probably some rewards i think cause that’s how mut works
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. it’s not the PS4 system failing it’s the game failing so Ps4 doesn’t send me a crash report

I have the exact same thing except I’m on PlayStation 5, I can’t level up either and I think that’s why I can’t play seasons games either.
This will hopefully pay us after the glitch is fixed? Ea any comment?
I haven’t been able to access the field pass once since i’ve had the game downloaded. i hope this gets fixed

Update for everyone: I talked with a madden dev and he said there is supposed to be a patch update coming tomorrow at 6 AM EST and that the madden team is already aware of the problem but it doesn’t seem like they will be giving back anything to us to make up for the hours we wasted
Is it Back up?? I bought the game on Monday and have not been able to access the field pass since I bought the game I am stuck at level 2 so i cannot even play online EA needs to fix this before they start asking more people for there money. They were doing maintenance this morning but It is still not working. I am also scared to play Solo challnges cuz i am scared they wont save.
Whaat!What!? Literally did every challenge and have won a bunch of h2h without a single reward or pack.
