Field pass not working in madden 23 Season 1

Good afternoon , today officially makes  2 weeks now that the Field Pass Error has existed for me . Longer for some , shorter for others .  Due to this , we have lost the  opportunity to complete Competitive pass 1  , will lose out most likely on Competitive pass 2  . We will also lose out on the current House rules as well . Unlike the people who aren't getting  rewards thou their progress is tracked for the competitive pass . Nothing is working for us at all , many are simply stuck . While I have posted a few times in this thread , always with some level of understanding for EA in this situation , its slowly starting to dissipate . I can be understanding or even empathize how hard this issue may truly be. Maybe you don't have enough support staff or just truly don't know how to fix it .  What I can no longer be understanding about is the lack of communication  . We have only been told , you know that the issue exists . That's it  , while when this issue effected everyone , you put out a response . When the rewards from the competitive pass messed up , you sent out a response . Those impacted knew your were actively working on a fix and weren't in the dark about the issue . With us , who have this beyond frustrating and demoralizing problem , nothing more has been said . I sincerely hope this reaches someone who can Please tell us , what's going on.  Pretty soon those with this issue will be severely behind and have missed out on tons of content .
