Field pass not working in madden 23 Season 1

Date/time issue occurred been happening since Monday around 12pm when i bought the game

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug when i enter MUt and click “View all Field passes” then click any of the 3 options i get an error that said Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information at this time from EA Servers at this time. please try again later” i haven’t been getting any rewards for hours upon hours of game play. the way challenges are set up you can get through an entire set of challenges before you realized you’re not getting any progression for it. i’ve literally wasted hours of my life away.

What do you expect to see? i don’t know cause it’s never worked but probably some rewards i think cause that’s how mut works
