Field Passes Menu only shows “Rewards”

Summarize your bug I am unable to level up in Field Passes. My Season 3 menu options along the top of the screen shows only “Rewards” when my friend’s shows “Rewards”, “Programs”, “Stats”, “Daily”, and “Exchange”. Also, on Ulitmate Team screen, my only options are “Challenges” and “Solo Battles”.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By clicking on the same screens I referenced?
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m not able to play Head-to-Head online because I don’t have that option either. If I could get to Level 4, then I could play online, but I am unable to level up bec I can’t complete the Field Passes.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see more menu options on Field Passes Season 3 screen.
