files not saving

Of course I always do and I've been through this a couple of times with up you up you people on the phone and I tried both of their fixes that included and nothing works I've tried moving the save files folder from a madden 23 out of documents onto my desktop and then try starting it that way and it still didn't do anything I tried putting it back in it still didn't do anything I've been trying everything completely deleting Madden from my system hard drive and everything every Madden file ... And then downloading my Madden game all over again and still won't save any of my files
