Franchise crashing and deleting save

@EA_Illiumur guys game mode isn't working. I've spent many hours in my player played every single game for 3 seasons just to get a failed contract resign and ultimately end up with a black screen every time I try to load my player. You guys need to give us an update i when you will have this issue fixed. Us players have put much time into this just to have a huge glitch.  I'm certainly not restarting.  Face of franchise is all I play.  Can't even enjoy the game anymore.  Waste of money

 Problem it deleted my all of my upgrades and levels 

 my franchise 

 the big is just my whole upgrades and levels are deleted and it says I’m a quarter back but when I play a season game I’m a wide receiver 

just want my upgrades and levels back I work hard for them if there is a way to get it back I would like for it

Summarize your bug: Any franchise save file, whether offline or online when entering any type of coach conversation, the game freezes then crashes entirely, for online saves I cannot even return to the save file it then crashes immediately upon entry, for offline I can return but the problem persists. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a franchise, create a new coach advance to 2023-2024 season, then pick GameDay goals for week 1
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen, controller vibrates, then game closes entirely
What do you expect to see? Coach talking to press with 2 options

Problem: Played first game and clicked exit game and started bugging 

first of all, let me begin by saying I am astounded that the bugs that continually happen in Franchise mode have not been fixed year after year. I am not sure who you guys have that creates these games and do not bother fixing them? If this happened in a normal workplace, these people would be fired.

The following is the summary of a bug that happens in season 4 or 5 of Franchise Mode (every time). The only way to circumvent it is to sim the week. Pathetic.

Console: Xbox one

Game: Madden 23

Mode: Franchise (coach mode)

Frequency: happens 100% of the time between seasons 4-5

Definition: game freezes, returns to home screen. When you re-enter the game you get maybe max 2 or 3 plays till it happens again.

Because you guys don't support mp4 in your attachments how do you expect people to forward any files in real time? 

Unbelievable??
