Summarize your bug first no online content can't access EA servers but main bug issue is face of franchise end of season 1 go to sign and it crashes everytime! then trying to report and get help is horrible, wish the NFL would pull your rights!!!!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? finish season 1, try and sign contract to start season 2
What happens when the bug occurs? says can't connect to ea servers and sends me back to the main face of franchise screen, where you choose be that the yard and something else
What do you expect to see? to sign with a team and progress to season 2
