Franchise Restoration? 50% off Madden 24

I’m glad EA is working on many issues, but can we please get an update on the restoration of online franchise leagues that “disappeared” on 12/28?  

I’ve read the update a week ago about 40% of the leagues being restored and the other 60% gone forever.  Starting a new online franchise is not an acceptable solution!

It has been weeks since it has happened and atleast a week since we have had any updates on the subject.  This is really disappointing.  

I want my league back!!!!  Please give us a “new” update on the topic.

    Hi @Ye3tTheChild, 

    All players who are eligible for the discount will get an email sent to the address on their EA Account, as well as an in-game message to let them know. 

    If you see the email and the in-game message you'll be good to go for the discount. 

    Update:

    If you were an account that was eligible to get access to the Madden 24 beta due to the franchise issue you will have gotten an email sent to the email account on your EA profile. 

    I would recommend checking any spam or additional folders with rules to ensure you do not miss any communications. If you have not gotten one, you will need to keep an eye out for other opportunities as described here.

    If you did receive an email about your franchise and are unable to locate an email invite for the Madden NFL 24 beta, please reach out to our support team as mentioned in the beta FAQ.

    Q: I was impacted by the franchise save issue in Madden NFL 23. How do I get access?
    A: Make sure that the email associated with your EA account matches your primary email address. If those are matching then please reach out to EAHelp.

    @EA_Kent  @EA_Mat  @EA_Hux Have not received an email. Don’t see 50% off deluxe in the ps store. Terrible. Attached a picture of an EA agent promising that I will get it. All I’m told is to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. No answer. Game comes out TOMORROW!

    @TheGreekFreakk i've not had it either and they don't care - there are dozens on this forum who didn't get counted by their algorithm and the reps will say anything to get you to end the chat, I've spoken to double digit people at this stage... the best ones are sympathetic but unable to do anything, others either lie about guaranteeing it like you have there, or try gaslighting you into thinking you're not eligible

    @TheGreekFreakk honestly no clue, keep telling the live chat that there's dozens of us missing our right now, and DO NOT buy it full price

    And for those of us who didn't get the email... and STILL haven't had it? despite umpteen live chats and support emails? these forums are littered with DOZENS of people who still haven't had the 50% off show up in game and it's disgusting

    Whatever 'algorithm' you used did not account for people who rage deleted their franchise once it was corrupted, and it's grossly unfair

    How in the world were you able chat with them! I played beta and my 50% still hasn't showed up!  I tried everything and it was bringing me to threads
