Freeze/Crashing

Product: Madden NFL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? AJ2023
Date/time issue occurred Aug. 15th
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Draft Champions
Summarize your bug Game Crashes and sends me back to the dashboard
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes the goes to black screen then end up on dashboard.
What do you expect to see? The game fixed.

Tried all the steps you guys provided and even Factory Reset my Xbox series x and it’s still freezing and crashing.

    Hi @AJ102014 One issue we might be seeing is if you have multiple of the same Persona on one EA account (multiple Xbox GT's) 

     To check:
    1. Visit profile.ea.com
    2. Under the Connections tab, verify you see your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag. Not seeing it? You are logged into the incorrect account.
    3. If you see more than 1 Xbox or PSN ID each, you will need to remove one and log into any EA game with the removed ID to prompt account creation for that ID.
    4. YOU WILL LOSE PROGRESS FOR THAT UNLINKED GAMERTAG/PSN ID. Visit here for full information on what you lose, including info on Battle Pass for Apex Legends.
    5. It is important you link up the Gamertag/PSN ID you removed to a new EA account or else this error can still occur.

    I removed the profile and game still freezes during solos battles, head to head, and mut champions. I was not able to complete the Comp Battle pass to losing so many games due to crashing. And it’s doing the same for this weeks comp pass I’m losing out on rewards without a fix nor have I been contacted about makerights due to an error with the game.

    Mine does the same it’s kind of frustrating because I can’t play a single game without it freezing and crashing in any mode
