I am in that same boat, just not for madden. Mine was spanned through battlefield, and now i cant play anygame that is dice and or EA owned, i cant use any of the content or even try disputing it and its been 2 years... im getting an automated email back and basically just says their "advisors" are ignoring anything from me. I was casually playing battlefield, and i never played a whole lot at the time, because the games kind of died of 2 years ago, so i hop on one day and my account was locked. They said it was for a "third reich reference" which at the time was a joke, and considering i was playing a ww1 and ww2 based game... its a piece of history from then, im not a nazi sympathizer. But its affecting any oyher game i want to play, why is a ban on one game going to span over into every other title by the makers... why would it affect apex, madden, nba live, need for speed, battlefront, SIMS 4, why would something that happened in a completely other franchise agfect every other game... I also read every inch of the terms and conditions in the battlefield games, and know where in any section does it say a single thing about a "third reich reference" as a no go... until i get send a picture of a random section by a EA official, its bogus, and considering it is a rated M game, for mature, i would assume the audience should be able to handle a rainbow colored rectangles that are close to the shape. I just am at a loss of words... my account on here also claims i have never had a ban or suspension... so why does it say im banned, if for any reason any EA official reads this, i want a call from one. Please, its been 2 damn years and its gotten ridiculous.
