[Gameplay] Game does not register inputs during halftime adjustments

I’m playing my first game of madden 22 mut ranked draft mode and I’m up 21 or 27 to 7 and half time comes, game goes to a cut screen that says “HALFTIME: WAITING ROOM”. It then has in the middle of the screen home and away and next to those it says “ready” with a box if that box has a check inside of it that mean the player is ready if not the player isn’t ready. Right next to all that btw is a giant clock counting down as if you only have this much time until the game proceeds ready or not. Long story there no way for me to ready up I’m pressing every button on the controller. If I press “O” (ps4) the game then pops up with a message saying “Are you sure you want to quit? Quitting will give you a loss in this event.” Mind you I’m smoking this kid I’m playing and I’m gonna get a loss? My first game and a game I should easily be carrying on to win!? Please someone help. Oh bye that big clock been counted allllll the way down and I’m still here stuck with no option be “O” to quit!

Summarize your bug The opponent, [EDIT: removed player's name], froze the game at halftime forever. I waited for at least 5 minutes or more and the game never did anything. I had to leave the game and was credited the loss. I was ahead and getting the ball first after halftime so free win.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face a player who uses the exploit at halftime.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant get past halftime waiting screen.
What do you expect to see? Cant get past halftime waiting screen.

I just faced a player, named [Edit - Admin.], who used a glitch that caused us both to be stuck in the half time waiting screen forever. I was playing Madden Ultimate Team MUT Draft on a ps4. Is there any way to stop people from being able to use this half time freeze glitch? Any help would be appreciated. I dont want to lose anymore games like this in ranked draft. Thank You.

Summarize your bug Games frequently freeze at halftime due to controller becoming unresponsive. In situations where I need to pick a gameday plan, the timer will expire and resume the game (although I cannot actually choose anything, simply have to wait out the 20-30 seconds). Otherwise, if the game starts to play first-half replays, the game cannot continue at all until a restart. The non-responsive controls happen in about 60-70% of halftimes but the instances where I'm entirely unable to continue accounts for 2 out of 12 games played. Have not observed this behavior skipping halftime in MUT.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play FotF mode, start a game, play til halftime, try to skip over any part of the presentation when allowed.
What happens when the bug occurs? If there is that timer, it will eventually get the second half started, although I cannot input any choices into the menu that's present. Otherwise, it will just play replays and then get something like a loop of the stadium's exterior.
What do you expect to see? the ability to not having to quit the whole game, restart, and play the 2nd half of a game in FotF, and being able to pick my 2nd half game plan.

I'm on the Dynasty Edition, and this bug has happened in multiple saves.

Summarize your bug Anytime i get into a game once it hits halftime i ready up but if my opponent lets the timer run out the screen goes away and all i see r the players on the sideline. u can hear the crowd u can see them moving sometimes even players walking around the field and it stays like that until one person closes the app bc it ends up saying “connection to peer lost” and i get the win so ik the other person probably closed app.

What happens when the bug occurs? the game gets stuck on the field there’s no more game play
What do you expect to see? i expect it to hit halftime and then keep playin the game but that dosent happen

I'm also experiencing this issue except it's on xbox series x and it happens 100% in face of the franchise when I hold the button to skip pass the halftime show it just shows the same highlights over and over and you can't stop it unless you quit the game. The only way to get pass halftime is hope the cpu has the ball and it sims pass

So I was just playing a weekend league game and I am stuck at the halftime adjustment screen. The timer has run out to :00 and I am stuck on the screen without being able to do anything other than quit out. I was up at half and refuse to quit out. Anyone else having this issue?
