Getting denied access error message
From what I've gathered from the MUT community this kind of error message is usually associated with a console ban. I did nothing to break TOS. My companion app still works and can use the auction house. When I contracted EA help they said my account is in good standing. I tried all the troubleshooting tips in the email they sent me. I know many others have experienced something similar. I feel my problem is unique enough to warrant an escalated response for help by EA. I've spent way too much money to be treated like this.
Don't report your problem to technical support as this is not a technical issue. You will have to choose Account Management -> Account Banned/Suspended and have an EA "specialist" contact you on the phone (it took 30 seconds for them to call me). They will refer your case to ToS and that should get you started on a resolution. Tech support is out of the loop on this and they can't identify console bans on their end. The common denominator from all of the players I've talked to is that they have completed the Night Train set using the auction house in the last few days. This is reported to be a known issue happening worldwide that EA is said to be working on. However, I wouldn't expect a resolution for us anytime soon as investigations by the Consent Team are done on a case by case basis and they are inundated with new cases. I talked to one player last night who reported his case last Friday after this happened and he still has not heard back.
