For about a month or so I can't play more than 10 minutes of an online game. I've already made sure and it isn't my network or Xbox that's the issue. I've been told by an Xbox rep that it's an issue with the EA server since my connection is good and my NAT is open. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix?
Community ManagerI'm about to head out for the weekend. I'm happy to help with this on Monday though. Something else to check, see if your router has a firmware update available. Also, did you try changing the wireless channel?
From what I can see yes the firmware is updated. I’ve changed the wireless channel and I’m still having the same issue
Community ManagerI think you're best bet is going to be using a wire. It's also possible the increased traffic from everyone staying home is having an effect.
