Helping to get past the missing OC problem

What do I need to do?

I've ran into this issue in Franchise Mode where my OC & DC are gone, and there is No Data to Display when you try to hire a new OC or DC.  

What I did that worked was use the options of Retire - Create New Character. (Do Not Retire - Retire or you will lose all of your progress).  You will receive the same warning about doing this will result in loss of data, but in my case I have not lost any data when I did the Retire - Create New Character option.  I have in the past lost data when I did Retire - Retire.

Pick a different team that has a Coordinator you want to use, and fire them.  Go through the Retire - Create New Character again, and select your original team.  What has happened in my case is that the system already filled the OC & DC positions of my original team, but I fired them and was able to find the two Coordinators I had fired using the above steps.
