Hi i am logged in to my account however it wont allow to play madden 23

Can you please provide the exact error message you see when you launch the game on your console?

Ok getting the same error message. “Unknown login error occurred.”

I’ve tried

: resetting my ps5

resetting my router

reinstalling the game

linking and unlinking my PlayStation and EA account

adjusting the dns settings on my router 

resetting my ea password

this game is 2 years old. How is this issue still happening and how do we fix it?

When I try to play online is says 

In order to access the online features for this title your account on

PlayStation"Network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers.

I am unable to log in to my franchise on Madden 23 because it says I am not connected to the EA Servers. Any ideas on what the issue is? 

Madden 23 won’t connect.

my accounts are linked

i uninstalled and reinstalled

i reset modem and pa5

i changed dns settings

i unlinked and re linked psn and ea

i changed pw

help!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!

I'm having same issue.  Have tried same steps as OP plus changing passwords on EA and PSN accounts, rebuilding PS5 database in safe mode, refreshing licenses, and more.  Have talked to EA support 3 times and they don't have any better ideas.  All my other online functionality works fine, even for Madden 21; only Madden 23 isn't working.
