How can you create multiple players on franchise mode or you cant?

I created multiple players. The only thing I've noticed is your team can max out a roster. So it wont let you put that player on your team in creation mode if you have a maxed out roster. So try going in and releasing some players. I do this every year as well so see if that works.

Are you playing offline or online?  If you do online you seem to be limited to one team only. Offline you can go crazy it seems

so you can play as more teams in offline mode ??
