I have ea play and purchased the all madden addition, but I can't get into the free 10 hour trial. When I try to access it through the PlayStation store, and click on the madden 23 menu, it just says "not available for purchase"

Mine says it’s only downloadable on a ps5

Bought EA play with intention of using it just to get a head start on madden I have already purchased and downloaded the madden 23 file but when I click the play ten hours it directs me to orgin and says the game is not available for me yet.

Hey @ZMack17,

Have you double-checked to make sure you're looking at the PS4 version on the PSN Store? The PS4 version and PS5 versions of the game should have separate pages on the store.

Mine also says it's only available for the PS5 as well. I don't know if it's because I pre ordered it but I have an EA play subscription and was told that I'd get the 10 hour trial no matter what edition I bought. This is frustrating.

Hi @the_rdizzle Can you try logging in on the PS Mobile App, and look for Madden 23 and see if you can select download?

@EA_Illium Doesn't matter now, the game has launched. Missed out on those 10 hours. Bought ea play for nothing. What a joke

I have been trying to download the 10 hour free trial there is not a ps4 version on the ps store I have checked via ps app as well as on the consol with no luck. The only trial is the ps5 version.
