I’m bot getting my twitch reward packs or MCS tokens

I watched the entirety of the Ultimate Kickoff MCS stream to receive the Jaylen Waddle reward that was supposed to be granted; however, I never received the Jaylen Waddle Reward. We were told by the GMM stream to reach out to EA Help about this issue and I have done that twice now to no avail. We’re already to the next MCS competition and I still haven’t received my reward from the first one. Please resolve this!

Same here, watched whole stream but no token yet.  Linked and correctly received all prior tokens.  

I only got one token and mine stopped at 65%

Please check you have successfully redeemed the token from your Twitch Inventory (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory), as you need to claim each reward manually.

Please also note that typically you need to claim each reward before the timer for the next drop begins.

It is also important to note that players are limited to 2 "MCS Twitch Drop Bundles" per stream, containing an MCS Token and an MCS Campus Hero Pack.

However, there may be more than 2 drops per stream - for example, the stream on 7th September had up to 5 drops available. Any additional drops would show as "Twitch Drop Pack" - so if you received 2 MCS Bundles but were expecting more tokens from additional drops, please note that this is working as intended, as per the info that was shared on the MCS Twitter page.

I have received mcs rewards from last week and this week. I have done everything outlined but nothing has resulted in the rewards being put on my account.

I've done everything as outlined just as last week when I received the token without a problem as said before.  There is no claim available for it.   Please send it through.  

Please see first line of attached screen shot.  Nothing has shown to claim from this point in the claim screen although I am eligible and it worked last week with no problem.  All steps were followed correctly as when this worked last week I repeat all user steps were followed as outlined correctly.  Please fix.

MCS token reward pack not rewarded after watching and attempting to claim immediately. Screenshots included. Pausing on future purchases until resolved.

next ss is my twitch claims which I repeatedly attempted immediately while watching and after watching through today.  I watched the entire time and was attempted all claims immediately. 

Please assist as this process did not work as designed, or verify I will receive if they are just lagging or glitched/ work in progress.
