i can't connect to ea servers and it's been over a week

Question

I bought the game on it's release date and i never tried playing online until i tried the madden ultimate team mode i played that for a while set my team up but as soon as september 1st hit i&nbsp;have been unable to connect to the servers for longer than 10 minutes if at all. i have posted and no one has a solution i uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.&nbsp; my call of duty still works great and i can connect to the internet so i don't know what to do at this point if no fix is available i would like to start the process of receiving a refund

Do they give refunds? Mine's been out since Sunday. I spent all day on the phone yesterday. After finally speaking with someone on the "specialist" level, I was told my ultimate team data is corrupt. I'm still waiting to find out their solution to the problem. I can use the auction feature. But I'm pretty much locked out of solo challenges and head to head in ultimate mode. I lose my connection to the ea server each time I try to play. (All other game modes work). I even went and replaced my router at the cable company. I troubleshooted with 5 or 6 EA techs yesterday, literally on the phone for about 8 hours yesterday. Hopefully they get this figured out soon. Pretty disappointing.

SAME issue here. I bought this game the day it was released and have only been able to play a handful of online Ultimate Team games. I'm lucky if I can even get a game in before being kicked...but usually I just can't connect at all. Not to mention I bought the Ultimate Team edition and didn't get my packs either lol! What a joke...WE NEED HELP ON THIS ISSUE ASAP! That or I'm with the OP on receiving a refund. This game is literally broken.
