I have not gotten none of my house rules packs I’ve posted about it on Twitter with video proving it how do I get my packs

I got to level 5 in the house rules pass which should have given me an 88 bnd player. I still haven’t seen the pack or player anywhere

I have got either of the packs for 88 bnd players for house rules its annoying
Any luck yet? What do we do? I need that 88 BND that I just grinded to level 5 to get. I am also not get CP from Solo Battles or Seasons.
Ive gotten nothing either. This is ridiculous
