I have not gotten none of my house rules packs I’ve posted about it on Twitter with video proving it how do I get my packs

@ITguyREW I am now suffering the same problem. It’s so irritating when I grind for like 2+ hrs to get the pack and then I get nothing in return.
dont expect them to issue anything or fix something...ive been waiting a month
