I have not gotten none of my house rules packs I’ve posted about it on Twitter with video proving it how do I get my packs

So,
just completed lvl 5 of house rules rewards and NEVER GOT THE 88 PACK. This doenst suprise me due to the fact i never got the rewards for house rules when Campus Heroes was out.
Im guessing this is EA's new rewards system. Promise rewards and never give them! Sad...
I just did all the house rules rewards and only got the coins for it and didn’t get any of the 88 bnds or the 86+ at the end and the 79+ packs either and it randomly gave me the James bradberry

House Rules isn’t giving me my rewards… I know many if not all madden players are having this issue. I’m not sure if I’ll get a response but this kind of sucks. I’ve put a lot of time in this game. I’ve been disappointed as of late due to this and winning 2 superbowls and not getting anything for them.. I really hope we get something in return. Thank you for reading my rant

Why lie EA_Berry? EA isnt fixing our issue because we dont drop thousands on your crappy packs.
Fix our issues...damn! You guys are freaking terrible....
It shouldn’t take this long to get our packs that we earned! Please fix immediately! I’ve missed out on 2 88 overall BND Gridiron Guardian packs. I can guarantee if there was a problem purchasing points thru madden, then it would be fixed right away. Please fix the problem and stop wasting our time. I’ll take a random 90 overall for the inconvenience and lack of effort.
