I. Have not received none of my house rules packs missing multiple packs

I've had 3 separate occasions where EA has cheated me out of packs now.

9/21/22 I didn't get Twitch packs from the stream, reported and live chatted with EA Help (total joke), they told me to wait 24hrs which is bs, I've gotten them many times before.

9/26/22 Did not get the Grid Iron house rules reward for getting Level 10, (88 BND) reported that AND brought up my missing twitch pack. Live chat bs'd me for about a hour and basically said there's nothing they can do. And a team is working on that for everyone.

After that I play MUT draft head to head and didn't get the 2x 70s for 2 wins. What a joke EA sucks and there's a reason there is a #packstrike.

EA took $70 from me and gave me a busted game with no lube.
